Frequent read and write operations on the SD card data will be performed to ensure that the relevant logs are saved for subsequent analysis.

Regarding the user information we collect, we will use it to provide you with identity verification, security prevention, anti-fraud monitoring, archiving backup, and customer security services.

  1. Obtaining Precise/Coarse Location Permissions: Used for the Ai Home camera to access the mobile system's WiFi list for the home page weather display. With your consent, we will collect real-time precise or imprecise geographical location information about you. You can turn off location services in the mobile device system to stop us from collecting your location information.
  2. Obtaining Storage Permissions: Used for local recording of videos and screenshots during live broadcasts or playbacks of the Ai Home camera. With your consent, we will save the videos and screenshots you record for your review, and the related videos and images will only be stored locally on the phone, with a quick access point for deletion.
  3. Obtaining Camera/Album Permissions: Used for scanning QR codes to add the Ai Home camera. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable camera/camcorder permissions, we will only collect information when you actively scan the code, take photos, or use the camera/camcorder.
  4. Obtaining Recording Permissions: Used for the voice communication function during live broadcasts of the Ai Home camera. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only collect voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the app or record a video.

Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. If you disable any permission, it means you have revoked the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on that permission, nor will we be able to provide the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use that has been carried out based on your previous authorization.

The above permissions will only take effect with user authorization.

(III) Information We Automatically Collect

Device Information: When you interact with our products, to ensure the normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize your service experience, and protect the security of your account, we automatically collect device information such as device model, operating system, device hardware serial number (referring to a string of characters embedded in the device by the manufacturer as the unique identifier of the device), Android ID, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log files, and mobile network information.

When you use Ai Home, in order to ensure the normal use of the services provided by Ai Home, to accurately locate and resolve issues you encounter while using Ai Home services, to improve and optimize the service experience of Ai Home, to safeguard your account security, and to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, safety hazards, illegal activities, or violations of agreements, policies, or rules with us, thereby protecting the legitimate rights and interests of you, us, our affiliated companies, partners, and the public, we will collect your device information. This includes device attribute information (hardware model, advertising identifier IDFA, anonymous device identifier OAID, Android ID, IP), device parameters and system information (operating system version and system status, device configuration), device connection information (language used, WIFI information, SSID, BSSID), log information, and other information related to the login environment.

Please understand that when you switch Ai Home from the device screen to run in the background, due to some device models and system reasons, the information collection behavior generated by your previous use of Ai Home related functions may not be able to stop immediately, resulting in a brief background information collection behavior.

Self-Starting and Associated Starting Explanation

To ensure that the application can receive client push broadcast information normally when it is closed or running in the background, the application must use the self-starting capability, which may wake up the application through system broadcasts at certain frequencies.

How We Use Cookies

(I) Cookie Usage

To ensure normal operation, we save the cookies generated after you log in to facilitate persistent login. If you log in with a different device or log out, the cookie will become invalid. We can only read the cookies we provide.

(II) Use of SDKs

To utilize the Ali Push SDK, this application requires the use of an (auto-start) feature, which may periodically broadcast wake-up calls to the application through push notifications for auto-start or associated start behavior. This functionality ensures that you can receive real-time alarm notifications from the network camera. This behavior may be part of some mobile phone settings and cannot be actively turned off by you.

In order to ensure the stable operation of our client, the implementation of features, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed SDKs from authorized partners or other similar applications, such as:

Or the party installing the device may retain the information you provide to them to assist in servicing the device when needed. How We Store Your Personal Information

We typically store your personal information on our company's servers until you delete or edit it. Additionally, Ai Home may retain your personal information to resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business interests, fulfill our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

As mentioned above, some information is processed and stored directly on Ai Home hardware devices. This information is strictly encrypted when transmitted from the device to us. You can delete the information stored on the device by resetting the Ai Home hardware device (the "reset" button is generally located at the bottom or back of the hardware device). You can access, modify, or delete the personal information stored on our servers through the controls in your account.

Your Rights

If you are a user within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, you have the right, under applicable law, to object to or request restrictions on the processing of your personal data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure, and portability of your data.
